Assessment

In partnership with the architect of record, RNGD reviews a schematic level design model to evaluate integration. This assessment establishes building configuration, budget, and timeline through our Renegade Delivery Method.

During development of construction documents, RNGD works in concert with designers on layout, detailing, and production drawings for our manufactured components, including steel structure, building envelope components, MEP systems, and vertical circulation elements.

RNGD’s manufactured building components are built-to-ship in a quality controlled, state-of-the-art facility. The practice of off-site construction – coupled with material purchasing direct from manufacturers – keeps costs down and improves jobsite safety, material sustainability, quality control, and speed both in the shop and field.
